As a teacher, what are the major plus points for working here?
The major advantage for working at Bilingual European School is that you’re able to teach with a second teacher per classroom. For example, I am an English teacher while the second teacher is someone who is either a Spanish or Italian teacher. This way, planning and other responsibilities are split between teachers rather than one teacher having all the workload.
What areas do you feel are in need of development?
As far as development I don’t think there’s anything to improve. The entirety of the school works together, so there are no problems or things that need improvement.
What advice would you give to other teachers considering working at this school?
My advice to teachers who want to teach at Bilingual European School is that this place is fun – you’re able to collaborate with Italian speaking teachers along with those from other nations to split the workload. The administration is respectful and the students are eager to learn. It’s literally a dream come true and great to have as experience.
